– Staff Coaching & Consultation Practical guidance for teachers to support behaviour, attention, emotional regulation, and engagement in the classroom. – Support for Teaching Assistants & 1:1 Staff Coaching for TAs and support staff to develop consistent, effective strategies when working with pupils with ADHD. – Individual Behaviour Support Plans Clear, personalised behaviour plans tailored to individual pupils, supporting consistency across lessons and staff teams. – 1:1 ADHD Coaching for Pupils Direct work with pupils to support difficulties commonly associated with ADHD, including: – Social skills and peer relationships – Emotional regulation and self-awareness – Executive functioning skills, including: – Time management and organisation – Planning and completing work – Maintaining focus during lessons – Study skills and exam preparation
